OSO

Went to see OSO on Thursday 15, 2007. I was at home sick. In fact very sick. Just to pacify my boredom my family took me to OSO. Frankly, was very eager to see the film after all the hype. But, I was little disappointed.
The film has a very silly story. Yes, what else we can expect from Karz inspired remake. It had some nice humour which was refreshing.
Being the web designer and dealing with multimedia, I can say, it has some very interesting moments. Especially the dance sequence of Deepika with yesteryear heroes. Very well crafted and executed. Even the shadows were matched. Fire sequences were very well executed, and there were many such sequences.
The 70's retro look is absolutely cool. This reincarnation truly is praiseworthy. The cars, costumes, accessories. Everything in there own place.

Ah!! the famous Dard E Disco number. At that age, doing that number need courage. I hope this should be inspiration to all the bhaiya ji's out there. So, now only Bhabhi ji's don't have to look cool and sexy at that age.... Bhayia ji's also need to shape up. :)

Deepika is very beautiful and has all the elements of the Hindi film Heroine. Yes, height may be problem. After all we have little derth of the tall and handsome heroes.

Overall, the film is as usual SRK film. Full of colors and energy and plenty of USP's. But somehow it is incomplete.
